For Sale Sign on your yard – anyone passing by will notice your home is for sale.
Open Houses (agent and public). An agent’s open house will allow all agents in the area to preview your home. A public open house will allow any potential buyers to come through without an appointment.
MLS Listing – anyone, anywhere can find out that your home is for sale on www.realtor.ca
Your home listed on REMAX.ca and KincardineProperty.com- the RE/MAX website gets approximately 100,000 hits/day and KincardineProperty.com receives a lot of local hits)
Track Showings of your house and obtain feedback from anyone who has viewed your property.
Window Card at the RE/MAX office – anyone passing by the Kincardine RE/MAX office can see your home is for sale and pop in to ask any questions they may have.
Monitor competing properties, market influences and buyer comments. This ensures your home is priced competitively, being marketed properly, and will tell us if there’s anything we should be doing differently.
